An individual practice at the intersection of psychoanalysis, coaching and management thinking. The way of working is shaped around your specific task.
The result here is not only about career or money. It can be about the quality of your relationship with a partner or your children, about how you live your creative work, about inner ground and how you build your life as a whole.
What matters to you is the result, not the process for its own sake.
You have a clear goal — in your career, business, relationships, parenting, creative work or personal growth — and you are stuck. Not from laziness or lack of motivation, but because of something you can’t yet name.
You treat life as a project: you have a direction, you are ready to invest and you want to move deliberately rather than drift.
You have already tried different things (therapy, coaching, meditation, books) — but you want an approach that takes your whole life into account, not just one part of it.
You are ready to change and ready to work, but you need structure, honest feedback and guidance — not only support.
I shape the format of work individually for each client — because I believe that what opens one person up creates resistance in another.
Working with what stands behind the symptom, the repeating pattern, the resistance.
Structure, goal setting, movement towards a result.
Management, producing, fundraising, running a business, curating art projects, my own practice as an artist.
I understand not only a person’s inner logic but also the context they act in — business, creative work, management, parenting, personal relationships, public life.
I look at life as a project: with direction, resources and priorities — and I can speak the language of whichever area matters most right now.
The shape of each session follows the task: sometimes psychoanalytic work is needed, sometimes a hard coaching conversation about action.
Often both in one meeting.
Everything you share in our meetings stays between us — it is the foundation of our work.
My path began in economics and finance, then came psychoanalysis and coaching, alongside cultural management and curating. That is why I speak the language of business, creative work and inner life equally well.
I have worked in Ukraine and Georgia, and my curatorial and educational projects and solo exhibitions have taken place in various cities and regions of Ukraine, Georgia and the USA. So I understand well what it means to build a life, a career and relationships in a new country and between different cultures.

You write a few words about your task — I reply personally.
We get acquainted, discuss your individual context, and define the task and how we will work.
Format and rhythm follow your task — measured by result, not by session count.
The most valuable gift is time for yourself — to calmly work out what truly matters, with professional support.
The recipient decides whether to use the gift and gets in touch with me themselves.
Get a certificateAnything where there is a goal and a sense that something is getting in the way. For example: finding yourself and your direction, sorting out a complicated situation and structuring your next steps, improving relationships with a partner or loved ones, coping with your children without constant tension, getting your career, business or creative project moving.
Yes. Moving to another country changes almost everything at once: work, social circle, family relationships, your sense of yourself. Together we can understand what is happening to you during this period, find inner ground and build your life in the new place — taking into account your experience and goals. I have worked in different countries myself and know well what this is like.
One practice combines a psychoanalytic view of what lies behind repeating patterns and resistance with the structure of coaching: goals, steps, movement towards a result. Your specific task is at the centre.
Yes. But if you are in Tbilisi, it is better to meet in person — at least at the start. Later we can move online, but working face to face is much more effective.
It depends on the task: what matters is the result, not the number of sessions. We discuss a rough timeframe at the first meeting.
If you are in acute crisis or your condition needs a psychiatrist, I will tell you so honestly and recommend turning to the right specialist.
If you are on this page, perhaps now is the right moment to stop looking for one more piece of advice and understand what is holding you back — and what could help you move forward. Book a first meeting — together we will clarify exactly what you want to achieve, what is in the way, and which path of change could truly be yours.
